This is a clean tasting Pale Ale with a nice amount of hops and bitterness. It is not Earth shattering but I could have several of these in a row easily. If you don't want to have anything too hoppy but can't bear the standard lager or ales, this is worth a go.

Additional comments:  nice drop. Very cheap, tasted the same as any other mass produced beer of it's kind. Had a good clean head that quickly died down, maltier than expected with a pleasant after taste. Good session beer.

I honestly wasn't expecting too much from this, but I was surprised for the better.

It has nice clean feel in the mouth with relatively crisp noted to it. The toasted malts come through not too strong and compliment the dry pilsner style quite well. Would certainly have another one or two.

Schipper's Scallywag

I really love this beer! You get the full smooth malt wash over your tongue and then receive the perfect amount of hops to make things interesting without being over the top. It's not a hophead beer but not is it a beginner's either. Great on the deck cooking a barbie too!
