Tui ... A few hours later

This  beer is still aweful, even tho I have had quote a lot now. I have issues with the fact that it labels itself as an East IPA. It's not... It's rubbish

Heritage Cider

Beer rating
Country: New Zealand
Continent: Australasia
Brewed by: Monteiths
Style: Cider
Percentage: 5%
Aroma: 3/10
Appearance: 5/10
Taste: 3/10

Purchased at: countdown Pakuranga
Additional comments: tastes like bitterness on a stick, full bodied coffee aftertaste. It would possibly make a good silver or brass cleaner but not something I would drink again. Bottle looks groovy.

Tui

This beer Is bland and pointless unless you want to get blithering and beat someone up. It is the only beer you can buy at the cricket however
2/10 based solely on the fact that the best beer is the nearest beer.... And this is it at the moment.

> Appearance: 4/10
> Taste: 6.5/10 woody
> Palate: 4/10
> Total: 22.5/40
> Purchased at: New World
> Why purchased: lagered out from the day before, so felt like something with a bit of body
> Additional comments:
> A beer that promised so much. Low alcohol for its class. Wonderful smokey malty aroma, as only a Porter can. But poured with a thin fluffy head and was a bit too light on the palate. Picked up again with taste. Fruity malt with medium bitterness. Relative low price would allow for the occasional single bottle to accompany a steak pie and mash. In conclusion though, still a way to go to meet "Ennis Ave Special Porter"

Bavarian Pilsner

Beer rating
 Name: Bavarian Pilsner
Country: NZ
Brewed by: Wigram Brewing Co.
Style: Pilsner
Percentage: 5.0% ABV
 Aroma:6 /10
Appearance: 6/10 clear and golden
Taste: 7/10
Palate: 8/10
Purchased at: Wines Direct Penrose
Additional comments: This is a clear and clean example of a good pils. The flavour of light malt washes over your tongue before giving you a bitter kick as it slides down. It has a lot more character than commercial pilsners on the market, but retains all the traits you want when it's hot outside.
Sit me in the sun and give me a few of these please.

Little Creatures Bright Ale

Beer rating
Name: Little Creatures Bright Ale
Country: Australaia
Brewed by: Little Creatures
Style: Light Ale
Percentage: 4.5%
Aroma: 5/10
Appearance: 7/10
Taste: 7/10
Purchased at: Wine Direct in Penrose
Additional comments: This is a really crisp and light ale that is more like a pilsner than an ale. Clear, clean and refreshing. Lots on a hot day please!

Bloody Dingo

Beer rating
Name: Bloody Dingo
Country: NZ
Continent: Australasia
Brewed by: Parrotdog
Style: Imperial Red IPA
Percentage: 7.7%
Aroma: 9/10
Appearance:7/10 a pleasing reddish brown
Taste: 8/10
Purchased at: Gifted to me
Additional comments:
WOW, this beer is great. It smells delicious and fully hoppy. It hits the front of the tongue with maltiness and then by the time it washes over the back of the tongue on its way down it hits you with a big bitterness. With an ABV of 7.7% I was definitely feeling the love after a couple of these beauties.

A beer with a tantalising name. Great fruity aroma. Good palate for a pilsner. Slight cheeky bitterness in German style. Enjoyed the first tickle on a hot afternoon, suiting its name. Would recommend a brief encounter, as it showed reasonable features across the board.
